Playoff Injuries

I tried to find this answered already but couldn't:

Do playoff injuries/subs work correctly in OOTP 18? Meaning can you finally make a roster change mid-series if there's an injury? This has always been frustrating in previous versions and made me turn injuries off in the playoffs. Just wanted to see if it was safe to turn back on.

IRL you are not able to do this, but i don't know if the game would stop you from promoting someone to the bigs during a series, though all you'd need to do is turn off the post-season roster eligibility rules to get around it.

I tend to just turn injuries on very low during the post-season to minimize the impact.
