I guess these are more for OOTP 18, since OOTP 17 features are probably set by now.
1. 19th century support. If the problem of deleting the American Association is too thorny to solve, consider starting in 1892. You'd start with one 12 team subleague, contract to 8 teams in 1900, and add a subleague for the AL in 1901. That seems doable. 2. Expansion of the historical minors to include the independent minors at the top two levels. Take the top level (PCL, AA, and IL) back to 1903, and the second level of minors (Texas, Western, Southern, Eastern) back to 1919.

Hopefully someone sees this before the game is released, because it's certainly doable before 17 comes out.
I would LOVE it if market sizes, owner spending, fan interest, player popularity, as well as minor and international league playoff formats, awards, etc. were updated in the MLB QuickStart. Seems like it hasn't been updated in 5 years. I understand if some of this can't be done in the quickstart for international leagues because of licensing issues or whatever, but I usually end up spending like 5 hours when I get the game each year doing this on my own.
