By pushing the borders, any chance you mean women's leagues, Hobbit leagues, baseball in Botswana? I know at least 25% of all users are in favor..

The Show is awesome but I am 41 years old with four kids. It is tough to have the time to play it. I like to play out all games on OOTP and I just can flip up my laptop and play a game when I get some spare time.

I voted both since that is accurate.

But I play OOTP 95% and the show 5% and I dont see that changing.

I'm the same. OOTP I play my long running fictional league, The Show I get to play the current MLB.
If there wasn't OOTP I would play The Show tons more because I like the game but only have time to play one season.
If there wasn't The Show I would play current MLB in OOTP because it's also very good.

I only play the Show on Vita, so my answers may not reflect what the PS4 version has to offer.

I love playing RTTS, but I cannot stand the Show's franchise mode. Part of it is because I have been spoiled by OOTP, but I also feel like franchise mode is far too clunky in the Show. It's a shame, because I do enjoy playing the games out in manager mode. I don't ever expect the Show to rival OOTP in a management context, but I wouldn't mind having an improved franchise mode to play with from time to time.

I chose both but its not even close. I don't have the skill to play much of The Show. Only road to the show, as a pitcher, and even then its on classic. Ill play maybe 2 hours a week.

OOTP.....I play that every second I have a chance. When I am watching TV (or a movie) ill have my laptop open with OOTP running.

I may or may not swing at anything thrown my way in the show. I guess I can just role play and pretend I'm Evan Gattis trying to tomahawk the ball. That game requires a level of hand eye coordination that I do not possess.

I will admit to being an MLB: The Show guy first and foremost, mainly playing Road To The Show.

I don't think I would ever do a full blown franchise mode in that game though as OOTP is much better suited to that task.

Apples and oranges. OTTP scratches my management itch. The Show scratches my baseball itch.

I play The show in free time and OOTP while I watch Mets games. OOTP is my full blown sim and The show is when I just want to have fun playing a game. The games are different and there is room for both.

I play OOTP and The Show together I really think that Sony San Diego could learn a lot if they were to play OOTP
