Nation Flags Distorted

I know I ran into this before, but my nation flags are all stretched and distorted. How do you fix this?

Are you using the default flag images that came with the installation of the game? If you try using old images from previous versions of the game, then I would imagine that you might see this. Those old images were much larger and were sized differently because they were rendered much larger in OOTP.

Sounds like you imported one of the name MODs. If so, close OOTP and reopen and they should be back to normal.

You have to close out and go back in to fix them. I have this all of the time when I update my nation files. But I agree, it looks kind of cool.
