For those of you using my background images set I have finally found the image that causes this problem as shown with the Malik Murray image below.
The image that causes the problem is this one: Simply delete the file or replace it with the one attached here. **Once that file is replaced or deleted you will need to regenerate the player image as you come across them. Use the "same picture" option if you want to keep the same face.

Looking at some of these, two things come to mind.
It would be great if the game could read year info of files like this to make them era appropriate. Also along that same thought, a place in the game where these would show up just as they are era appropriate as well. (Maybe the newspaper or on the play by play screen in place of the microphone or both)
