Because 15/15 leagues break the OOTP Schedule generator.

But the game can load one, so this should still work (in theory)....

No, it doesn't work. It didn't as of OOTP14, unless Markus fixed it, it won't work in OOTP15. Someone's got this in their siggy.

Marcus said he was going to remove schedule adjustments from league evolution. Assuming that happened, evolution shouldn't break your game any more.

I recall Markus saying he'd changed something or other in this regard, but I and another player (forget his name) asked about certain situations which weren't answered. I forget the details beyond that at the moment.
