What gets pulled into a template?

Right now I am assigning Spritze's pro debut (Asian/PCL/Negro) DB Free Agents to teams or retiring them

After I am done with that, I am creating a readme for minor league team nickname/movement changes.

Then I want to save as a template and share, so that when I give No Pepper a compiled file to help compliment his amazing IL/AA/Texas League/Southern Assc. file with added Western and Eastern (the A level) uniforms (with great work by TXRanger) and logos

One can start my template and plug in the add on, move the teams via the readme at the given year.

But what is there? Is it just my world template where I have the U.S. as excellent and Cuba as fair for baseball? Is it my injury.txt file where I have consumption and typhoid fever as career enders? Do my initial logos go in? How about my initial player database?

Mine is fictional, but EVERYTHING goes. All my uniforms, logos, caps, database, everything went into the USB quickstart.

I have done a QS before and shared it but the park photos were not in it... I think ??? you have to have those in your ballparks folder for the QS to pick them up...
I agree with jay that all he says that goes in, goes in...

He's asking about a template, which I believe only carries things like league setup, options, rules, settings, the like. No graphics, databases, etc. I would need to obtain these files to run the template as Carlton intended.

Yeah, I was thinking Quick Start and not template, you are correct.

I actually have an early version of my United States Baseball as a template, and I believe you are correct that it is just the league setups without the bells and whistles. Structure, rules, all that good stuff.
