In-Game "Links" Button

I don't think this suggestion has been put up for discussion before, If I'm wrong i apologize.

There is this game called
Crusader Kings II by Paradox .
In the game there are a lot of historical characters you can play with or against. When you click on a certain character his profile screen comes up and at the top it has a button that you can click on that opens up your browser and takes you directly to a Wiki page that tells you all about that certain person in real life. I was thinking that OOTPB 15 could implement this same feature for any historical player in the game. Maybe instead of a Wiki page it could send you to that players personal Page on Baseball-Reference.com - MLB Stats, Standings, Scores, History. Especially since OOTPB already uses the same Lahman ID as Baseball Reference anyway.
I don't think it would be too difficult to make the necessary changes. With this feature anyone who plays with historical players could look up a players real life Stats,Accomplishments,Awards and History. It would be especially helpful for lesser known players of the past.

So let me know what you guys think.

Not a bad idea at all, especially since OOTP already launches browser windows for the help files and such.

The online roster editor we use to create the MLB roster set is already set up with buttons that link to each players BBRef and BBRef minors pages, along with a couple other similar pages.

Idk, but maybe that means it wouldn't be too much of a stretch for Markus or Andreas to make it happen in game as well.

There may well be licensing reasons why it can't be done in game.

Maybe somebody could run this up the flag pole, Just in case.
If I had to guess licensing wouldn't be a problem when linking to a player page when the player was added from a 3rd party.
