Yes, I made them.

For either OOTP13 or OOTP14:

1. Download and install the skin files from Add-On Central.
2. Locate the skin files in the OOTP Developments folder under Program Files (on your hard drive). The skin files are in the skin folders (located inside the "data" folder).
3. Open the style_sets folder and locate the game_screen folder. Inside it you will find this file: gamescreen_playbyplay_bottom_right.png
4. Replace this file with your own .png photo (using the same file name).
5. Delete the skin.bin file (if necessary).
6. Restart OOTP.
