Whats it take to start an online league?

If I was wanting to start an online league what would it take?

How exactly do I do it? For alot of people, or for 2 people?

I kind of just want to make an online league just so my bro and I can start one.

Do you have to pay for uploading sites or something?

Can someone give me a detail explanation on how to do it?

I'd start with the OOTP Manual, and maybe join a league or two to get first hand knowledge about how it works. There are also Video Tutorials that will help guide you through setting up OOTP and your website.

A bit too much time on your hands, a group of people willing to play with you and ultimately, a good idea.

For a league just for you and your brother, the bar is a lot lower. All you'd need to decide who is going to be the guy who will run the sims and then you wouldn't even need to set it up like you would for a league with a lot of people. One of you would upload your exports to a free site somewhere (mediafire, etc.) and then the person who runs the sims, could download that, import that into that team and when you've finished running the sim, you could use the game to zip the contents of the league file, put it on the web somewhere for the bro to download and just do it that way consistently.

It's just a lot of work to do all of the OOTP settings business for a league with just two people, is all.
