Put in the request for him to be enshrined in the game's HoF as PT-2411.

I remember a while back he was really trying to get a league going, it took a while and I lost interest, not sure if it ever did get going. I was one of the first to sign up and remember chatting at Duffy's. He will be missed. Condolences to his family and friends.

Very sad news indeed… way to young.

Yes, life is very fragile and short for sure. Always try and hug your loved ones any chance that you get and don't forget your pets.

Didn't really know him but he always seemed like a helpful and upbeat person - that's a rarity these days! RIP.

Really shocked and sad to hear this news. Very nice person to interact with over the last few years.

I wish I could send a condolence card or some other expression to the family.

He always sounded like he was an enthusiastic kid in his posts. That's really special, and I hope we all keep that kind of enthusiasm going no matter how old we get (physically).

Bill was a member of a league I used to run. As others mentioned, he was always up for baseball chat in the Tavern. He was very decidated to the game and helped out with many things that benifited the community and game as a whole.

RIP sir

Sad to hear of his passing. Bill was a member of a league I played in and as others have already mentioned, he was always up for a baseball chat and a very active within the league as well as around the boards here.

He will definitely be missed. RIP Bill.
