Loading/downloading the league file

I've created a new online league and followed the OOTP11 manual instructions to have two FTP accounts for transfer of data. After processing the first two days of FA, I was able to create the league file in-game without problems and can see it on my server in the exact folder destination it should be in. However, owners are getting the message that there's not an updated league file on the server. I'm assuming I have something wrong on the League Settings (with regards to the FTP'ing) but have yet to determine what.

How many other commissioners are utilizing the OOTP suggestion of multiple FTP accounts? Could that be my problem? Each is looking to a different location? According to my set up, they shouldn't be.

Did you ever get a solution to this? I'm having the same problem. Owners are able to import and export lineups without an issue. But none of them can load an online league update.

If you still need help, PM me what your settings are and I'll compare them against a working online league's settings to make sure that they're what they should be like.
