I've always preferred the darker skins, especially the old OOTP Blue. It's easier on the eyes for prolonged playing than having a bright screen.

I'm going with Wood/Classic.It looks like a skin for a baseball sim should.

The dark one reminds me too much of ootp 2006, and my boneheaded attempts to simulate leagues in 35 different nations at once on a PC sporting a paltry AMD 1.33 GHz cpu w/ 512mb of RAM.

Kind of surprised. I really dislike the dark background. Yet it's most popular.

I agree that in general the Version 10 skins looked better. This year I'll opt for the dark, and for the same reason as everyone else — it's easier on my eyes. In 10 I preferred the wood-and-green.

None of these are better than 10. I take it I'm forced to use one of these 3 and not be able to use "OOTP Modern"?

The only thing missing for me on the classic is the dark green background!

I'm glad that one can't argue about taste I have a totally different opinion, the skins of OOTP 10 pale in comparison to the new ones.

I like the dark skin, but the backgrounds do need to go.

How many would like to have the OOTP Modern skin available for XI?

The new wood one looks very similar to the old modern IMO.

How about you refuse to implement the vampire hobbit leagues battists so dearly wants to use until he finishes the help page on creating your own skins? Then these guys could just create their own OOTP-X looking skins and everyone would be happy. Well, everyone but battists, but I for one am willing to make that sacrifice.

I like all 3 of them... but the dark and woodgrain are my two favs... nothing wrong with the "white" one, but the contrast of colors makes the text "pop" better on the darker and woodgrain skins... imo.

Great idea! Battist having enough free time to post here shows that he doesn't have enough to do, and obviously he hasn't sacrificed enough for the cause. Put that man to work!

Your opinion doesnt come from a paying customer, Markus. With all due respect, I was offering up an opinion of someone who's used the 'wood' skins since they came out. I won't use this one.

As in the past, some opinions that are offered up to help OOTPD are dismissed b/c you personally disagree. I'll keep mine to myself in the future.

I like the dark best but think it will hurt my eyes after looking at it a long time so I'm probably gonna use woodgrain.
