What would really be cool is if to create a thread (sticky) and all the commish's can put there team links in there. Makes it much easier for newbies to find online leagues than going thru everyone's signatures, especially when some of the links no longer exist.

I'm in 3 of those!
If you really want in on the USBA, D-Wolf, drop me a line some time.
No promises (openings are rare) but you never know...

I'd love to, but right now the three leagues I have are definitely my upper limit. If anything happens with one of them, I'll be sure to get on the waiting list.

I'm a bit surprised nobody has mentioned the iMLB.

Hopefully, once I get the History of the American Baseball League finished (the written part), my league could get added to this list. But I know I have a lot of work to get there. I just wish I could win the lottery or something, so I'd have the time to do it.

Hickory, for sure. I've found that the less the hyped a league is the more I like it. I would like to get into a fictional league someday but don't have the time nor the intention to be in more than 2 leagues. I don't actually follow more than a handful leagues and I'm pretty lost when they talk about BTL, TYJ, TGH, etc., but it's great to see that there're so many to choose from.

Not to sound pretentious or "jerky;" but honestly, none of them. For me -- and I'm sure there's others out there too -- if I don't get in on the ground floor when the league's first starting up, I can't get into it as much and don't have the same desire to work hard on my team. Just my thoughts.

But if I wasn't a jerk, then NBSL and HOBI.

Oh, right....

Since I'm already in the two best leagues, if I had to choose a third it would be one of these:

Four Bases Baseball League (FBBL) - nothing better than baseball and soft core porn
Hickory Baseball League (HBL) - Great site, great owners
Japanese Baseball League (JBL) - although I wouldn't trust their co-commish (that's you, Marm )
American Baseball Association (ABA) - because being in a league that Cooley runs is my ultimate dream.

I'm actually surprised to see so many of you saying The FOBL, figured it wasn't most people's cup 'o tea.

Scarecrow,

If you're serious about the ABA ( I know the description was in jest), then join the forum and I'll make you my Asst GM and since there are no vultures on the forums at this time, I can almost guarantee you the next open team.

If you weren't---then nevermind.

The league not mentioned in this thread thus far is TLB. That is one of the leagues I've been trying to get into for awhile now

Kurtis

P.S. Thanks for the CUBL plug kq76
