Can't Unlicense

OOTP 10.2.16
XP SP3

I can't unlicense the game. There is no "e-license..." in Control Panel and there is no target found for unlicense under the Start Menu tools.

It doesn't work for XP either now? Geez..

I guess you'll have to contact your licensor.

Here is how to fix that. It worked for me.
Click on start-programs-out of the park baseball 10-tools-and right click on unlicense OOtp 10 and select properties. When the properties box opens up you will most likely see this link:
"G:\Games\OOTP 10\ootp10.exe unlicense"
(or something similar depending on where you installed the game to but ootp10.exe unlicense" should be the same and this is what needs to be changed)

Change ootp10.exe unlicense" to: (copy and paste if you want)

ootp10.exe" -unlicense

Now your link should look similar to this:
"G:\Games\OOTP 10\ootp10.exe" -unlicense

Now save your changes and the shortcut should work fine. It does for me. The only thing you're changing is the shortcut and nothing else, so you can't mess anything up.
Hope this helps!!

I recently unlicensed and re-licensed when I bought a new computer. I found the same as you say there is no control panel "e-license" there. Instead all I had to do was right click the ootp10.exe and there was an option for e-license -> unlicense there.
