Account on New Computer

I currently use a Mac and am thinking of buying OOTP 10, but I know that I will be buying a PC in about a month and will not be using my current computer very often. If I buy a license for my Mac now, would I be able to install OOTP on my new PC and use it with the same license? Also, I am running Boot Camp right now, so would it work any differently if I downloaded it for PC now and then installed it on my new PC in a month or so?

PC licenses don't work on anything but PCs at this time so if you're going to be using PCs more often in the future you should get the PC version and then if you want to run it on a mac use one of those virtual windows programs which I guess is what Boot Camp is.
