I wouldn't call this guy 'solid' to be honest... Also, the overall ratings are always relative to the league, so maybe the league is pitching dominated and this guy wouldn't make a team with his ratings.

Is Manuel Rivera supposed to be good? He's nothing but average by looking at his potential.

I'm pretty disappointed by the widget feature. There seems like there is some very cool stuff there but if you play in windowed view it doesn't seem like there's any room on the screen to add anything or to move anything around. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
Well, what do you expect with limited space? There's only so much you can do with a small resolution. Try fullscreen mode

Being one of the older players (agewise) I'm happy to have the graphs back, plus I like the minor league players showing up on the DL. Oh yeh the new skin is also easier om my eyes. Also no crashes great...

It is wonderful for the wide screen monitors. We had so much wasted space before. I even get the key stuff to squeeze on to a laptop. It's my favorite new feature of 10.

Average, decent, solid...whatever. 6th best SP prospect generated for my first draft. 40/80 potential IMO. I hate seeing him lumped in with the mass of real 20/80's.

Marcus, whatever you did I am liking the new version. Have played three games against the league leaders, and have swept them all.

So when is Sky Dog going to have his new set of modifiers ready? A new release doesn't become official in my mind until that's been posted.

Didn't see the post in #26. I guess great minds think alike.

Of course, it works the other way, too.....

That's the plan.
There are several different sizes which are used in the reports. OOTP creates them automatically when you load the league. They are in the /news/html/images folder. You can overwrite them with your own logos, this way you can have different logos for each size.

-Love the new skin. Also love how fast skins load, it's been a while since I changed a skin in OOTP9 but if I remember correctly it took a long time.

-I like the new fictional logos.

-Some of the Phillies minor league prospects need more love.

-Someone needs to get to work on a fictional MLB template.

Sounds like we've gotten the real life scenario/debate between high school vs college players now! Cool!

The graphs are back!?

Awesome! Is this a surprise feature, 'cause I don't remember any copy on it being in the newsletters...

Can't wait to get home tonight.

I bought Sims 3 last night. I don't think it's going to see much action for a bit though.

First thing I've done as usual was to set an historical simulation and what a great surprise... The calendar issue for the 19th century is fixed, no more 30 game in a month and a half (the schedule game are balanced between april and october... Evidently I haven't watch before the draft and choose 2 pitcher in the 2 first round for nothing.

Being new to OOTP, my first impression is that I wish I hadnt turned off the front page that loads. I'd like to see the videos.

Anybody know how to turn that back on or another way to see them?
