Hmm...doesn't work for me either. Damn Yahoo and its blatant communism. Alright, I will upload again someplace. I will post link where old link was when I find a place for it.
EDIT: New link is up. Have at it

I had one complaint from a GM in my new league, saying that the players were rated too low.
I've been going through each team re-rating players as necessary. Last edited by Magus978; 09-06-2008 at 03:07 PM. |

are these spring training rosters or something? players on teams that shouldn't be there or are very low rated based on how they 've done this season. Just an example, Hughes and Kennedy aren't starters? They are listed as that but their endurance say otherwise, similarly with Pedro Martinez. Players are very underrated. After many trial runs, when the Mets and Devil Rays are constantly one of the worst teams while the Orioles and Braves are one of the best teams in their leagues, you know something is wrong.

The problem with roster mods, is not everyone will agree on ratings. I thought some were too high and some too low, and when it comes to prospets, that is another issue. I think people either take the product as iss, or do some editing on their own.

Most of the endurance ratings were imported from Lehman database.
I'm interested in knowing who is on the wrong teams? |

I'm planning on doing a 2009 file, I think I figured out the low rating issue.

Still working on it, for some reason ESPN pulled all the LH / RH splits for pitching which put me behind big time because I stopped working on it. Now they are back up so we are in business.
I'm looking at the end of April to Mid-May for completion. It won't include full minor leagues but each team should have around 60 players including top 10 prospects or so. Every player is being edited to reflect splits from the last 3 seasons. Last edited by Balldog; 04-06-2009 at 10:35 AM. |

I've gotten an insane amount of work done on this the last two days and next week I'm traveling for work so I should be free every night to work on things. I'm hoping to get done quicker than I had thought, we shall see!

As of 6:40 this morning 742 pitchers have been re-rated with splits from the last 3 years and/or PECOTA.
I will begin working on the hitters this evening, most of the data gathering is done for them. Then I'll need to add Top 10 prospects to each team and update injuries. Opening day rosters are in. I'd like to work on 40-man rosters to. I think I'm on track for possibly releasing the first week in May. |

If my wife goes to bed early tonight like last night I should be done with the hardest part, creating prospects.
Then I just need to spruce things up a bit and run some test sims, then we should be in business. I'm still saying first week in May, just in case I run into any issues. |

Well, one major issue. After 5 test seasons there have been ZERO triples. I guess this is a glitch in the game that cannot be fixed for certain leagues.
