I agree. I watched him workout online and he could not put three punches together there. He catches way too many flush punches.

That's what happens when you keep your hands so low and can't even create a basic guard. The guy was never capable of even a half passable defense (a high guard) and his only 'saving' grace was lobbing sloppy shots that could knock you silly if he hit your sweet spot but otherwise left him wide open for counters.

I think Klitschko was keeping his hands so low to conservere energy from one round to the next. Peter didn't have that luxury. Against someone with a little speed, he couldn't fight that way and get away with it for long.

After Peter's trash-talking, I'm sure a lot of people are off his bandwagon for good.

Vitali has always fought with his hands low, yet he has never been on the canvas. His tremendous size and skill afford him that luxury. As a Klitschko fanboy, I couldn't be happier with Saturdays' results!
