How about a Screenshot of the Team Transaction Page because I want to see if Teams re inviting people to Camp, setting their Opening Day Rosters before Spring Training is over like real Life and a Schedule Page to see if their is Split Squad Games in Spring Training and a Minor League Camp Page?
Will you marry me?

You can set your amount during the preseason... the more you spend, the better the results are

ATTENTION:

I think you guys need to use darker colors for the numerals used in ratings. They just don't stand out very well on the light background.

without going back to look at it, I'd assume that's the abbreviation used by the Lahman database (i.e. it's 3rd party info, loaded into the game. And easily changeable)

ML4 is not a typo, it is the abbreviation for the fourth Milwaukee franchise in the database. It's one of several places where Sean used different abbreviations for teams than I would have, particularly for game purposes (which wasn't his purpose in creating the database). I believe you need to change them throughout the database itself, as well as in the game.

Umm, aside from all the news peppered around these threads and the bulletins and the last newsletter?

Markus...

Since you are responding at various times on this thread I was wondering if you could answer this question. By the way, I've already preordered the game.

Is there any chance that we will be able to increase slightly the size of the scrolling pitch by pitch script and still have it show in the original box while still being able to see the stadium pic etc...instead of having half the screen covered with the larger script at the top????? Hope so.

It would sure help keep the gaming atmosphere better.

Thanks

I don't think OOTP has had an actual release date in years. These days it's released when it's fully tested and found to be ready.

What's the rush. The summer only start the june 21, so it's only a month and a half. I prefer that they take their time for the release and don't need to patch it the next day because of a really bad bug. I've pre-ordered my copy and I can wait, I can continue to play with the last year version. I will not die because I've to wait

He's right. And believe us, when there is any word on release date, the boards will buzz with it and you won't be able to miss it.

Yeah, don't worry. As soon as Markus tells the FOFC boards when the release date is, I'm sure someone will post it here.

I agree with this 100%. What I'm doing in the meantime is *NOT* playing any baseball games at all. That way by the time the game comes out, I'll be itching to play again. Other wise, a guy can get burned out a tad. Hell, I'm kind of jonesing for it already.

I'll say it again, this board needs rep.

I'd laugh if that wasn't exactly what I'd been thinking.

According to OOTP itself, OOTP MLB play (modern and historical) outnumbers OOTP fictional play three to one.

Five thousand thanks for a non-modder? I never thought I'd see the day. Thank you for your support.
