Awesome facepack man I was starting to work on one, and I may just add on to yours for personal and our leagues use if that's ok with you?

One thing I've noticed is that when you export for online league the html pages look for a Player_Player.jpg file and all of the files are named player_player.jpg. Not sure if there is any quick way to fix the files to be named caps first or not?

no problem at all - add away.

never noticed that - if so, that's a bug as well. there shouldn't be any capital letters used for online stuff. I suppose I could change the names to have the first letter be capitalized, but, really, this is something that should be corrected in the game - otherwise people are going to run into trouble with their browsers...

IMO we are best off abandoning that sinking ship that is Off Topic to the rats infesting it and just starting a whole new Baseball Forum from scratch.

Put them in the game and they look very nice!

Thanks again for all your hard work, must have taken quite some time.

Crystal clear and show up good against my black background.

Might just be me, but that's how it exports for me. It looks for filename of Player_Player.jpg. Really odd. Guess I can report it. Try exporting league to file (just need the player pages) and open up one and see - to anyone. Just trying to find out if it's just me.

Dodger-

I downloaded your pack and it seems to stop after Pat Meares. Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks.

Brick - I just tested it again, and it installed fine for me twice (Zach Day is the last guy).

is the file you downloaded a 32.8 MB file?

Just a heads up on Bobby M Jones' pics being triplicated.

there actually are a couple players like this, and it's intentional.

I want to make sure that players with middle initials (and jrs) showed up in all potential roster sets, so I used a couple of different naming conventions for a handful of players.

Sandy Alomar, Bobby Jones, Ken Griffey, Gary Matthews, Denny Hocking are a couple that come to mind. There's not a ton.

There's also 2 (I think) players who's name I spelled wrong initially, and I just added the correct spelling name in without deleting the old one.

When I do my next update, I'll clean these up a bit better.

Dodger-

Took a few more tries until I got the whole file. Stopped at Roberto Hernandez once. I have them now. Thanks.

Out of curiosity, could anyone tell me about what percentage of minor leaguers are included? I really like the look of the examples, but am contemplating whether the variety would out-weigh the latitude of the super-in-depth Tigerfan set when it comes to my own personal use.

I believe GForces rosters set has about 1,600 players.
With the update I'm putting out tomorrow, I think I'll have about 1,200 photos - about 75% coverage. Most of the missing photos, though, will be minor leaguers.

In general, if there isn't a picture of them (that I could find) in a ML uniform, they aren't in my set (and won't be). But, thanks to spring training and september call-ups, I was able to get quite a few.

For kicks, I ran a report of the Top 100 prospects using GForces rosters - I'd estimate that about half had photos.

DD, have you thought about updating your pack with the new headshots from MLB.com as the JPGs?

yes.

actually, many are already in there, but I'll be going through everyone again.

the Pirates for sure I will change, since MLB now has them in their nicer P hat (not the buccaneer ones). I'm hesitant to change the Royals, because the new hats are so extremely horrible, but I probably will.

Just looking at the screen shots, these look very nice. I'll probably download them once GForce puts out his new rosters.
