elicense = useless

I've used their elicense form 3 times now in the past week without a single response about my problem..

In the past I have had the same kind of experience with e-License. I gave up emailing them, instead, I pick up the phone and call them.

That's really odd. I wonder if they have a few separate people who handle support issues, as I've contacted them twice and received a reply within a few hours both times.

I also have never had a problem and I have emailed at least twice and received responses in less than 24 hours each time.

The first time I contacted e-license, it took two weeks to get a reply. the second time I never got a reply, thats when I started to just call them.

I had lost my licenses to v6 and 6.5 with no information but my name and pertinent information, of which excluded my former credit card number. I emailed support at around midnight and received both id's by 6:30AM the next day.

In the last 7 years (FOF2k1), I haven't one complaint. Now Digital River was a whole different animal.

Yes and they send an automated response anyway so I don't think thats the problem.

If anyone is unhappy with Elicense and not getting a response - please PM / email me. I will either try to fix the problem myself or escalate it to the right person at Elicense for you.

Since there haven't been any further posts here, I'm going to close this issue. Obviously, this doesn't necessarily mean you have resolved your issue with e-License, but Marc has placed his offer out there. If you are still having issues, please contact Marc directly.
