elicense = useless
I've used their elicense form 3 times now in the past week without a single response about my problem..

That's really odd. I wonder if they have a few separate people who handle support issues, as I've contacted them twice and received a reply within a few hours both times.

I also have never had a problem and I have emailed at least twice and received responses in less than 24 hours each time.

The first time I contacted e-license, it took two weeks to get a reply. the second time I never got a reply, thats when I started to just call them.

I had lost my licenses to v6 and 6.5 with no information but my name and pertinent information, of which excluded my former credit card number. I emailed support at around midnight and received both id's by 6:30AM the next day.
In the last 7 years (FOF2k1), I haven't one complaint. Now Digital River was a whole different animal. |

Yes and they send an automated response anyway so I don't think thats the problem.

If anyone is unhappy with Elicense and not getting a response - please PM / email me. I will either try to fix the problem myself or escalate it to the right person at Elicense for you.
