Help Me See Stars

I am playing as the commissioner and do not have a team. I want to have star ratings displayed. For some reason although the 1-5 talent ratings show, my OVR and POT ratings all have dashes. No stars display anywhere. What am I doing wrong? Any help is appreciated.

Are you playing as a commish with scouts on? You can't see overall ratings that way. Yeah, I know it sucks and makes no sense. I've complained about it a few times now. Your only options at the moment are to turn scouts off or manage a team.
