If you want to systemically rebuild the world, you are going to do it in Excel, not in the nation editor.
I've split up Germany, and made significant progress reunifying the ex-Soviet republics into the USSR, but there's a lot left to do. I found it pointless as this is not dynamic enough for me in OOTP 2007. Using Excel makes it very fast. |
