A-Rod Retires

A-Rod just retired in my league after the 2015 season. The following are his career numbers. I was curious if he put up similar numbers in other people's leagues.

My bad. It looked right when I typed it in. Let's try this:

G -- 3029
AB -- 11852
H -- 3599
2B -- 666
3B -- 14
HR -- 833
RBI -- 2373
R -- 2343
K -- 2356
BB -- 1209
SB -- 688
CS -- 154
AVG -- .304
OBP -- .368
SLG -- .573

If only he could ahve gotten 12 more steals. It would have been a long time before anyone else joined him in the 700-700 club.

Damn! Even in 22 years that's impressive. Does that not count 1994-2001 though? You only have him as having 14 triples, he already has 16 irl.

It counts his real life stats from 1994-2001 and the game stats from 2002-2015. So it didn't count the 2 triples he got in 2002. He never got a single triple in the game for some reason. And he never would have gotten those last 12 steals. He was really bad in 2015 (didn't even play much), although he was still really good in 2014.

The old lack 0' triples anomaly arises yet again! Perhaps if you have 800+ jacks you snub triples as below your caste.

You'd think that someone with that many HRs and SBs would easily get their fair share of triples too.
