There was a massive anti-Chavez demonstration in Caracas this weekend. It seems they are as divided politically as we are. And, who knows? Maybe by the time the Copa America rolls around, Sky Sports will decide to show it.

Hopefully. Or there's always that little thing I like to call bittorrent.

And I'm surprised that you didn't pick up my little jibe on LD, but then of course if it was a movie what would actually happen is that he would be freed on the day of the Copa America final and score the winning goal against Brazil.

Landon

Didn't someone have it on ? I'm sure that someone showed it the last time it was played reason I think it was on is that I remember watching Argentina play someone and that's why I tipped them as my World Cup choice.

ps The Ecuador game it was as I remember Saviola scoring his hat trick, sure it would have been sky sports showing it.

I wonder if he even makes the team. We have many good young players.

Well it might have been, but I can't remember it. It must have passed me by.
The last time I remember seeing it was when Martin Palermo missed three penalties in one game for Argentina against Colombia (1999?).

The final was classic. Argentina scoring in stoppage time in each half. And the 3-3 Paraguay-Uruguay bloodbath was fun to watch too.

Maybe not then. I don't know.
It would be a good storyline for a movie though, you've got to admit that.

You FIXED it I mean. It would be a good storyline if he can turn his game, if not his hairline, around. I hope he does. Its time to bring back the LD avi.

Games would have been on early morning, deal for me working nights as the best World Cup viewing wise for me were the Japanese/Korea World Cup, straight home from work and sit with a beer and a game at 8am perfect

I just plugged into Google, and you are right it was on Sky Sports. I must have slept through it. for me.

I guess the bad news is that this time around I guess Setanta could nab it. I won't be happy if that happens.

What's wrong with Santa Tex? You'll have to love him if he comes to the Angels.
