ideas
any ideas on a way i could set something up? or would i literally have to set up a league in each country. Could I possibly set up a league in one country but put the teams in different cities on the continent?

1. Create the league and all that in a particular country. It's changable, so doesn't matter where you start. Just setup how you want the league to be (two subleagues or just 1) and don't really worry about creating all your teams. 2. Once you've created the universe, now its time to start creating teams in different countries. 3. On the League Setup menu in Structure, where it has league leve (Majors, Triple A, etc.) and under that, it has the country. Pick the country where your first teams will be. Then, go to other functions and league structure. Add the teams as you want them, in your particular country. If you're like me and run a league where you don't want players from other countries on that particular team, then make sure that BEFORE you add players to this team (We'll get to that in a minute), that the foreign player % in your league is set to 0%. 4. To add players to your team, go to the team menu, then go to roster and go to "add fictional players to team" or whatever it says and add players. The reason we do it from the team menu, rather than from the whole league, is this way...you can ensure that the players only come from the country you want at the talent level you want for that particular country. Naturally if you don't care -- and it's easier if you don't -- then just go to create players in the league setup menu after you're done. 5. You can repeat this for each of the teams you're create, just go to the league nation and change it for each of the countries where you want teams. In the end, you can have the league be based anyplace, since it doesn't matter where it's based in the grand scheme of things. Hopefully, this wasn't too confusing. But in short, yes it's very possible to create a league with teams in multiple countries...it's just not very straightforward, that's all. If you need more clarification, just PM me or post on this thread again and hopefully I'll see it.
