Please Help!

The GMs of the league are not being able to export their rosters to the FTP (probably something I did wrong). What am I missing(What is everything I need to have turned on and set at for this to work)?

1) Are you sure that's your username, that it's not just radgeta?
2) You might need a team exports dir, something like "/httpdocs" or /httpdocs/exports".
3) Check the password.

When I test the connection it works but I think the number 2 might be it.
