Canadian Baseball League has 3 spots available...

There are three spots available in the Canadian Baseball League, so we're looking for a few quality GMs to step in and take the teams over. We've been around for nearly 3 years, and we are now getting ready to head into our 12th season. We've got sims 3 times per week (currently Monday - Wednesday - Friday), and sim a week at a time. We'll also hold a live sim and/or GM meeting on AIM every once and a while for those that are able to make it.

Anyways, a bit about the teams available...

HAMILTON HAWKS: 72-90 in 2013, 3rd in the EL Central. The team does have a solid core group of players led by star outfielder Henry Lowe who hit .292 with 34 home runs and 100 RBIs in his 3rd season in the league. The team also features William Endsley (.282, 28 HR, .886 OPS) and David Whelchel (.284, 22 HR, .806 OPS). Hamilton also features one of the top pitchers in the game, Tony Belew.

EDMONTON SNOW TRAPPERS: 82-80 in 2013, 3rd in the WL West. Their biggest asset maybe starting catcher Andy Bartlett. Bartlett just finished his worst season ever, one where he hit 20 home runs with a .299 average and .851 OPS. If the team had a few other bats in the lineup, Bartlett's numbers would be through the roof. The team also features 24 year old starting pitcher Hernan Almonte. Almonte struggled in 2013, but before this season his numbers had been improving in each season going forward.

WINDSOR THUNDERBIRDS: 74-88 in 2013, 4th in the EL Southern. The only team here that maybe in need of a good rebuild.

Chris founded this league 3 real years ago next month and since I've been a member, which has been 2 real years now, the league and him have been the meaning of consistency, reliability, and stability. If that is high on your list of priorities in a league then you should really check it out.

The team didn't have a great season last year, going 70-92, but they are on the way up.

Led my 24 year old all-star shortstop William Sutherland (.296, 35 HR, 99 RBI), and featuring 22 year old first baseman James Mclean (.315, 34 HR, 115 RBI) and 22 year old Jason Amos (.283, 14 HR, 65 RBI) - the team could be set offensively for the next 10 years.
