it'll probably take a few weeks at least for all the levels to fill in and the mass-promotions to go by the wayside.... once it settles down to the standard 4 or so teams moving up and down, it will make it easier to settle into a friend's league....
course, the sooner more people join up, the sooner we can fill a tier...
