I went ahead and uploaded it with my username as the prefix. I've progressed 8 years since the screenshot, but it still happens every year.



I've seen this on multiple patches as well.

I do yes, 25 for AA and above, 35 for A+ and below. Age restrictions are default OOTP 26.

Prospects are still being cut by teams on milestone days like offseason, preseason, spring training, and opening day.

I created a new save and Ethan Holliday was cut on spring training.

You can try changing the resolution in game...

You can try changing the resolution in game settings rather than closing and reopening. That will usually fix it for a few months.

"Overall rating based on all players" setting not working.

I also tried disabling relative ratings to see if that made an impact, but saw the same resutlt.
