It doesn't look like no trade clauses are given to players correctly. Arenado doesn't have one in game, even though he has a full NTC. Is that intentional?

Trade Deadline locked on July 31, so I can't make any trade deadline trades

This was also a bug last year I believe. I changed the trade deadline to August 15 and the number of rounds to 6. The trade deadline still triggers on July 31, and no teams have offered me a trade...
