Alex, thanks! I actually did that several times, restarting each time. Nothing happened. Then, BOOM, I went to restart out of frustration yesterday and my laptop said I had 164 updates!

I can log into PT, see all my cards, reset them how I want, and buy a new pack. When I go to open the pack...BOOM...not connected. Still have my cards but it would be nice to see who I'm getting....
