Job Offer Emails - Message Expired?

Twice this season I've had a batch of 16 WCB Job Offer emails come in. Each time they've just shown "This message has expired!" in the body.

Is that a bug, or are they truly hiring other people...

I had the same problem, and solved it by Force...

I had the same problem, and solved it by Force Starting all my five starters. That puts them in equal standing for the manager, and he then sorts the five starters by skill as usual.

The only option I see is to force their spot in the lineup vs LHP or RHP, but not to start at a position.

Please tell me I'm just missing something...

Also, tried checking the Complete History of each player to see if the waiver claim appeared there. No luck with that either.
