Acquire players from CDF (France)?

I get that there are different rules for acquiring players from other leagues (ex: posting Asian players). I do have trades enabled for leagues outside of MLB, so the Orioles are consistently swapping 20-grade players with Winnipeg, etc.

Some other leagues, I can buy players for $250k.

Then there are those like the CDF where I can see players, but can't buy them, can't trade for them. Any options here? Or do I just have to watch some very talented players waste their lives in another league?

France shouldn't have any very talented players. That's pretty weird.

But edit the league turn on buying players and trades then you'll be able to trade with french league

Once a year I like to scour the other leagues for talent. I got an 80-grade potential teenage right fielder last season from Spain, and this year there are two 70-grade potential pitchers in France. Even if they regress, it's worth a shot.
