12 pitcher maximum?

I like to let my Asst GM run most things in the minors, like roster construction. For the last couple weeks , during at least 5 different saves the AI is limiting my pitchers in
AAA and AA to 12....

it's really important cuz the AI values players by this parameter in a trade more than ratings or stats imo.
(that is going from 0-100 at least)

In real life, this strategy is working for clubs like the guardians and the
rays. they dont seem to have cohesion or leadership problems so I hope that if this were adopted, it doesnt go too far....

draft is finished before I get there

After doing a Livestart on june 18, I sim to the Amateur Draft and it says "draft is finished".
I go to the draft log and it only shows one player total that was drafted.
Also, there is not a draft...

My offers to FA staff are sometimes getting stuck at pending and never resolving. It's a real pain. I have to make new offers to coaches I didnt want, and it's takes up a lot of time.

About half the time when I make an offer to a FA coach, the offer gets stuck at pending and never resolves. Then I have to make new offers to coaches that weren't my first choices. It's very time...

1. Any time you are happy with a trade, always go into your trade partner's prospects and see if he has any 3 to 4 star RP and CL prospects age 23 and under. Then see what he says when you throw one...

Yeah I have to treat it that way too. It's lame. And I never have had a team come to me with an offer for one of my star players at all. I don't see how this isn't at the top of the improvement list....
