setting minor league roster limits?

I can't figure out how to set the max roster size for minor league teams. Could anyone help me with that please?

Go to league setup, click on the "Rules" tab. It's on the left side.

Be sure to select the league you wish to apply the changes to. There's a drop down top right of that page for that.
