Just like the title says. Will there be a new beta update out today ? If yes, maybe we will then be able to edit salary caps and other things like that ?

Well you are right. Everyone should play the game like he wants. There is also the commissioner mode, but there you can't change the cap right now. Maybe in future ? So is there another way to change...
