I never hard back from elicense so unfortunantly I had to restore from when the game was working. Everything seems in order the game works but now I have a bunch of duplicate files especially drivers...

I emailed them and spoke to a customer service lady on the phone. A tech was supposed to get back to me today I am assuming they have all gone home for the day. I wonder if I need to reinstall xp?

I remembered when I copied a 2003 schedule.dat file for some reason I changed the start date to 3/22 but I went back and changed it to 1/16 and my season proceeded to the next without a problem.
