A 31 year old is not a prospect..

I shop a veteran or prospect looking for prospects in return and it populates a list of at least 90% veteran players.
Am I missing something or is this a bug in the game that needs to be corrected?

Injuries

Seems if I set it to normal injuries occur at a rapid clip to the point in interrupts the flow of the season, to low and very rarely occur.
Does having a good trainer reduce the frequency?...

Just upgrade to OOTP4, and your problems will be solved besides OOTP3 kept crashing with the database, and for the twenty bucks OOPT4 is such a huge upgrade than three... :p

I have had no problems since reinstalling the originl drivers from my video card not sure if
