I found it odd, but kept on playing.

Well, I tried it again, and the images were overwritten the next time I loaded the game.

The files are in Saved Game dir\news\html\images directory.

Not sure why the game would keep creating...

Looks like a combination of using the updated...

Looks like a combination of using the updated States as Nations Mods and changing my nation number to 1 solved my problem.

Thanks to Kelric for creating and updating the mod!

Question Single Photo for All a Team's Players?

Hello,
I have OOTP 6 and was wondering if there was a way to set a single generic photo per team, without having to have multiple copies for each player per team.
