How do I reinstall OOTP 20?

I’ve been away for a long time. Wanted to fire up my latest version, 20. Every attempt yields a message to reinstall the game. The only file I can find is uninstall. Don’t want to do that! Any help...

If you autoplay a lot of games, how can you find box scores of the strange occurrences you all have mentioned? Just make it a habit to rad the daily news reports?
