Accessing the FTP site

I figure I would try to get some help here. I have tried to FTP files to support with no luck, I an using Filezilla and followed the instructions on the support site and I always get a timed out message saying that the OOTP files are not available. I have had a problem that I a trying to get solved and I was asked to send them my game files. That was last week and I sent a message to tell them that I can't get those files over to them. Maybe I am doing something wrong

Still not working either with Filezilla or IE link

I can confirm that. I've successfully used the OOTPD ftp site before and even have it saved in FileZilla. Now I get a two line error reading:

Connection timed out
Failed to retrieve directory listing
