Something came up in a simmed game of which I was checking out the box score. It is not a big deal by itself, and hopefully it is just a fluke thing and not a sign of big problems in the league file. I had never seen it before though and decided to just pop it up here to see if anyone else has seen it and could offer any info about what might have happened. It was not something I could find in a search, but then I was not sure of what keywords to use.
I had a batter (J.Ocampo) apparently come up with the bases loaded in the 9th inning and hit a double. He got credit for it in the box score, the pitcher got charged with the hit, and it was counted as the 4th hit of the inning in the game log. However on the doubles line score it only said the following:
BATTING
Doubles: S. Barela (7, 4th inning off Samora, 1 on, 0 out.) J. Ocampo (18.)
Then in the game log (see below) the event seemed to not happen even though it got counted in the inning and individual stats. Well, the batter got the double in the stats, but no RBIs as he would have had to have gotten given that the bases were loaded. The player was a PH for the pitcher's #9 spot in the lineup in the 8th inning who stayed in playing CF while the new pitcher moved into the #8 spot the starting CF had held.
