Expansion pack purchase question

Can i preorder it? And how? I'll send the money via bank like i did with the regular version of the game. I don't own a credit card.

And not to hijack this or anything, but what will be the process for new buyers? Buy 6.12 and the upgrade, downloading twice? Or, as in my case, I ordered but never d/l the game ( v. 6.0 ); do I pay the $10 and just d/l once?

if you have a valid OOTP6 license, then yes, you would just pay $10. I think you might have to download and install OOTP6.12 before 6.5, but you won't have to pay more than the $9.95.
