Pitchers batting in AL games even with DH's turned ON!!

Hello,

I'm part of a great online league called BLB, and this is the third season I've participated. I manage the Texas Rangers, and up until this season we have never had any issues with DH's somehow getting turned off in the game configuration.

During the first two weeks, the commish simmed the games without realizing DH had inadvertently gotten turned off in the AL. He corrected the problem, and we had a few weeks of sims with no recurrence. (He still doesn't know how it got turned off during the offseason)

During this last sim, the commish had to stop a sim in the middle of the week because a player had been designated for assignment by a GM for longer than allowed...and he released the player. He never even opened the League Setup screen...but for some reason, AL DH got turned off again mid-week! Net, 3 games were simmed with DH's getting at-bats in the AL, and 4 games were simmed with pitchers batting in the AL.

The League Setup page is password-protected, so none of the GMs could have made the change themselves...not to mention it happened mid-week when an intrusion via internet would've been impossible on the commish's computer.

Has this happened in anyone else's league - online or offline?? Any idea how to prevent this from happening again??

Just to simplify, the DH was turned off at the begining of the season and I'm not sure how it happend. It was turned back on after the first 2 sims (14 games) and has remained on since. Now, for some reason the DH is not being used in all of the AL vs AL games.
