Has this ever happened?

In the online league that I'm in, I recently traded my RF. I picked up another RF in the deal, but after trading him, I didn't get a chance to put the new guy in the line-up.

Since I didn't have a specified person for that position, the manager of my team put in one of my middle relievers?? even though I had, at least, three outfielders.

The funny thing is that he got three hits and drove in three runs in one game.

Has anyone ever run into this before?

Nope, not me but why are you complaining? Sign that guy up as your DH! :-)

I actually thought about it. He has played in 5 games as the RF and has 5 or 6 hits. But he makes at least 1 error per game.

LOL...actually it's Giovanni Carrara. So if anybody out there has the guy, it might not be a bad idea to throw him in your line-up from time to time.
