Quick question on reinstall

I have the same issue as below where game starts to open and crashes so i will reinstall, my question is do i need to uninstall first or when i reinstall will it automatically fix corrupted files.

Also what happens with my e-license i was using on this laptop can I use it again.

uninstall/reinstall. You shouldnt be asked for the elicense agian, since that should still all be in the registry still. I wasnt last time I had to reinstall.
