Looking for a new, young league!

I am looking for a young, promising league that does not require ownership of the game. I'm active and I know my baseball pretty well.

And by young, I'm looking for one within it's first two seasons or so and that has active members and good commish. I don't want to you waste my time or your time.

I run a OOTP 6 league that is based on the MLB rosters. It is in 2009, and I know it isn't what you're looking for but why don't you take a look at it and see if you like it.
